Built by rental property owners who wanted something better. We manage condos and homes across Destin, 30A, and Okaloosa Island the way we'd want our own managed.

How We Started

Our Story

SeaStar Vacations was founded by owners of rental property in the Florida panhandle. Many people were already booking online, but they also wanted a wide range of other services. As owners ourselves, we needed a more economical way to manage our own rental units. So we built a web-based system that streamlines the reservation process, keeps maintenance costs under control and provides the other services owners need. It worked for our own properties, and it is the foundation SeaStar Vacations is built on.

As owners, our goal is to keep every property in top condition. We rent exclusively to adults over 21. Linens and house towels are provided, so all you need to bring is your beach towels. We keep unit care kits on site so light bulbs, batteries and A/C filters can be replaced without an extra maintenance charge. We also believe a beach trip should fit your budget, which is why we offer VacaLayAway. You can book up to 12 months ahead with as little as $300 down and spread the rest into monthly payments, with no interest or fees. If the price of your condo or home goes up, you are protected from the increase. See 'ya at the beach!

Easy Arrival

Check-in is 4:00 pm and check-out is 10:00 am central time. All rentals use keyless entry, so there are no keys to pick up or lose. We'll email your door code and a Guest Information Sheet with the Wi-Fi password. If a parking pass is required, two will be waiting inside the rental.
